Carpenters JATC Program in Las Vegas Takes In Two More Vets
Apprenticeship Training
Through the assistance of Helmets to Hardhats, two former Navy Seabee veterans officially joined
the United Brotherhood of Carpenter's Joint Apprenticeship Training Program in Las Vegas, NV.
"After returning from my tour, I joined the union through Helmets to Hardhats," said 5 year
veteran Julio Aleman-Castillo. "The process was quick and easy."
According to David R. Sacerino, another 5-year vet, "After my enlistment, I searched for
weeks to find a new career with no luck. Helmets to Hardhats got the ball rolling and helped me get
started with a new career as a union carpenter."
Our hats go off to the men and women of the Carpenters JATC in Las Vegas.
