Dr. William E. Davis
Mid-Atlantic Regional Director
Dr. William E. Davis joined the Helmets to Hardhats team in December 2007 as the Mid-Atlantic
Regional Director for Helmets to Hardhats.
Subsequent to becoming a journeyman electrician, in 1973, Bill joined the Navy. Bill served
on 14 naval vessels ranging form rescue & salvage, submarine tenders, and surface ships before
retiring as a Chief Electrician after 20 years of service. He is currently a member of the
IBEW Local #26.
Dr. Davis resides in Abingdon, VA with his wife of 15 years.
