Terry joined the Helmets to Hardhats team in February 2004. Terry has been a member of the Carpenters Local 922 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for the past 11 years. He is now the mid-western field representative for Helmets to Hardhats. He believes in H2H because it makes a logical marriage between the structured military and the organized unions.
